A thief may have
inadvertently stolen highly sensitive case material belonging to high-profile
lawyer OC Kaligis from his house in Pondok Indah, South Jakarta, including
documents on graft suspect Anggodo Widjojo that were stored on his iPad.
“Case documents on Andi
Kosasih, Bahasyim, Anggodo and Putranevo were missing after the theft,” he said as quoted by Vivanews.com on
Wednesday.
Luckily, he said, he
still had a copy of the documents on his other devices.
Kaligis brushed off
suggestions the break in might have been politically motivated. “I think it was
purely a crime, otherwise the thief would have taken more documents.”
