RI real estate execs to lead FIABCI

The general assembly of the International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI), a global property and real estate industry organization based in France, has just elected Indonesian property expert Teguh Satria and Lippo executive director Yuke Elia Susiloputro as their Asia Pacific president and vice president for 2011 to 2013.

FIABCI, established in 1945, is a federation of 100 national real estate associations with professionals from 60 countries. It is global, represented by chapters in 48 countries, and also a special consultant with the status of an NGO to the Economic and Social Council of the United Nations Organization (ECOSOC).

PT Lippo Karawaci Tbk (LPKR) said in a statement that Teguh Satria was the patron of the Indonesian Real Estate Association and its most recent president. Teguh has had a distinguished life of public service in the real estate sector, while Yuke Elia Susiloputro has been a Lippo executive since 1992. — JP
