SURABAYA: President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono plans to hold talks with 300 migrant workers from East Java during his three-day visit to Surabaya, East Java.

The President wants to dedicate quite a large proportion of his schedule to two-way talks in the Grahadi building, East Java administration head for information and protocol Gunarto said as quoted by Antara news agency.

“We had to postpone one of the items on his schedule due to this request,” he went on.

Yudhoyono postponed the scheduled inauguration of the launch of the financing program for migrant workers from Dec. 14 to Dec. 15.

The President arrived Monday afternoon and was accompanied by his wife and 14 ministers. — JP
