Jakarta Governor Fauzi Bowo confirmed Wednesday that all preparations for the opening of the two routes had been completed and everything would be ready to go on Friday.
“The two new corridors are expected to accommodate between 20,000 and 50,000 passengers every day,” Fauzi told reporters after a year-end press briefing at City Hall.
Fauzi said there would be no more delays in opening two new routes, assuring that all buses would be ready to go after the inauguration ceremony.
The two new corridors will have 94 TransJakarta buses.
