lory and pain have been experienced through the year. People have come and gone; success and failure have visited. Some of the events will be long remembered while others will gradually fade from memory. So many things can be learned from it all, the good and the bad, for a better future.
So much happened. Many can be taken as lessons: The defeat of the national soccer team; the visit of US President Barack Obama, the resignation of respected finance minister Sri Mulyani Indrawati, the death of Mt. Merapi spiritual guardian Mbah Maridjan, a sex video scandal and a corruption case.
