The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) is set to question Makhfud, a clerk at the Constitutional Court (MK) who allegedly accepted a bribe, today.

“The KPK will question Makhfud at 9 a.m. this morning,” Makhfud’s attorney, Andi M. Asrun, said to tribunnews.com, on Tuesday.

Makhfud is accused of receiving a Rp 35 million (US$3,890) bribe from Dirwan Mahmud, a candidate regent for South Bengkulu, based on an investigation launched by law expert Refly Harun.
