Amak Baldjun dies at 68

JAKARTA: Senior actor Amak Baldjun, widely known for his role in the 1990s romantic comedy Ramadhan dan Ramona, passed away on Wednesday morning, at the age of 68.
Amak’s family said the actor had succumbed to a stroke. He was treated at Thamrin Hospital in Central Jakarta before he finally died.
“It’s his third stroke. It caused bleeding in his brain,” Farhana told kompas.com on Wednesday.
He is survived by three daughters and two grandsons.
Baldjun will be buried at Karet Bivak cemetery in Central Jakarta. – JP
