The National Police met with the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) and tax office today to discuss documents pertaining to 151 companies that allegedly had dealings with graft convict Gayus Tambunan while he was still employed by the tax department.

National Police spokesperson Boy Rafli Amar told reporters that the meeting would establish priority scales for the documents.

“This is a coordination meeting. The joint investigation would be effective to smooth the investigation process,” Boy said.

Boy said that the team would discover whether the companies had bribed Gayus to manipulate their tax obligations
