President installs new Lemhanas governor

President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono on Thursday installed the new governor of the National Resilience Institute (Lemhanas), Budi Susilo Supandji, replacing former governor Muladi who had served in that position for six years.
The inauguration ceremony took place at the Presidential Palace in Jakarta, Antara reported.
Budi, who is the brother of former attorney general Hendarman Supandji, served as Defense Ministry director general of defense potential, before being appointed to the governor post.
His inauguration was attended by Muladi, Vice President Boediono, People's Consultative Assembly (MPR) Speaker Taufik Kiemas and a number of Cabinet ministers, among other figures.
