Mobile license extension services held today in Jakarta

The Jakarta Police's Traffic Directorate is holding mobile-driver's-license (SIM) and vehicles'-license (STNK) extension services in 10 locations in five of the city's municipalities.

East Jakarta's driver's license extension service will be held in front of the Astra Honda building on Jl. Dewi Sartika, while STNK services are to be held in front of Pasar Induk Kramat Jati Market.

The Directorate will serve SIM extensions at Kalibata War Hero Cemetery and STNK extensions at Tanjung Barat Train Station.

West Jakarta locations for the services will be Carrefour hypermarket in Puri Kembangan for STNKs and Lindeteves Trade Center in Glodok for SIMs.

The locations for Central Jakarta will be in front of Thamrin City Mall for SIMs and at Pasar Baru Post Office for STNKs, while North Jakarta's locations will be at Mega Mall Pluit and on Jl. Boulevard Barat in Kelapa Gading.

Residents can only extend their SIM A (for four-wheeled vehicles) and SIM C (for motorcycles), and licenses that have expired for more than a year cannot be extended using mobile services.
