DENPASAR: Ngurah Rai International Airport and three main ferry harbors in Bali resumed operation Sunday morning.
Ngurah Rai spokesman Fala Romeka said air traffic had returned to normal at the resort island’s sole airport.
“The first flight that landed today was a Garuda flight from Surabaya,” Romeka said.
Gilimanuk ferry harbor had also returned to normal operations.
Airport, harbors and bus terminals across the island were closed for 24 hours to observe the Balinese Hindu day of seclusion on Saturday. — JP
