A mixture of drama, Chinese opera, potehi puppet, marionette menak, wayang wong and wayang tavip, held in conjunction with Teater Koma’s 34th anniversary.
Synopsis: The palace is in turmoil. The Emperor is slowly becoming a fool. Loyal servants are being banished. A corrupt minister and his wife harbor a secret grudge. A devious plot is devised. A princess loses her life. As a result, a hero falls into a deadly trap. Amidst the uproar, a war challenge comes from a foreign country. The Tang dynasty is at wits end because the one general that can lead them is awaiting his death sentence. Now, who under the heavens can save the life of Sie Jin Kwie from an impending execution ?
