C. Kalimantan policeman to stand trial for alleged rape

A policeman will soon stand trial at Palangkaraya District Court in Central Kalimantan for allegedly raping a woman who was being detained for her connection in a drug case.
The officer, identified as Brigadier AG from Palangkaraya Police, is currently being questioned at Central Kalimantan Military Police headquarters, Palangkaraya Police chief Adj.Sr.Com. Andreas Wayan said Monday as quoted by kompas.com.
He said AG would face questioning on his alleged violation of the police code of conduct and if found guilty would be dismissed.
