The National Police officer whose lip-syncing rendition of a Bollywood song made him a minor celebrity is in Jakarta to record his first single.
First. Brig. Norman Kamaru was at Big Knob recording studio in Sudirman Park, Central Jakarta, to record “Cinta Farhat”, or “Farhat’s Love”, produced by none other than attorney Farhat Abbas.
“This is quite tiring. I'd rather exercise,” he Norman said, as reported by tribunnews.com.
Norman was accompanied to the studio by his commanding officer, Gorontalo Mobile Brigade chief Anang Sumpena.
Norman said that he was proud of the new song and of Norman’s television appearances.
“This will improve the image of the police and entertain the public at the same time,” Norman said.
