Indonesian students win prizes in US robotics contest

Indonesian students won prizes at the Trinity College
Fire-Fighting Home Robot Contest, held in Connecticut, US, over the weekend.
All robots made by the Bandung Institute of Technology
(ITB), Gajah Mada University (UGM) and the Indonesian Computer University
(Unikom) that entered the contest came away with prizes, a member of the
Indonesian team announced.
“All robots representing Indonesia won,” Indonesian
team counselor Kusprasapta Mutijarsa said via Twitter.
Three robots made by Unikom students won in the
RoboWaiter category during the first day of the contest.
Then, in the two-legged robots category, a team of ITB
students clinched prizes on the second day.
Then another two robots made by UGM students took first
and second prizes in the Senior Wheeled Category as well.
