Visiting Bali for the first time, but having visited several times comparable destinations like Malaysia and Thailand, I must admit that several commentators say right things about Bali.
There should be a lot of investment in efforts to improve the complete “atmosphere” on the island.
It’s not only the garbage, the traffic jams, the visa requirements, etc.
that causes inconveniences for tourists. It is more important to change
the minds of all Bali citizens about sustainability, safety, proactive
thinking, etc., if the island doesn’t want to lose the competition. For
the future of Bali this will be a necessity.
