World featherweight champion Chris John and title contender Daud Yordan were markedly low key at a press conference ahead of their title bout tomorrow.
In brief speeches at the pre-match press conference, both claimed they were ready and optimistic about winning.
However, when asked by to predict in which the round they would knock out their opponents, both were diplomatically reserved.
"Basically I am confident [of winning]. It will be an entertaining fight," Chris said.
Daud replied by praising Chris as a fighter.
When pressed on the matter by frustrated reporters, Chris finally gave in.
"If it gets past five [rounds], the bout will probably go all the way to 10," he said.
Daud is challenging Chris for the WBA super featherweight title in a fight promoters are calling “the moment of truth”.
The fight will take place Sunday night at the Jakarta International Expo in Kemayoran, Central Jakarta.
