After a conducting what was a second autopsy on the remains of Irzen Octa, senior forensics doctor Mun'in Idries says there were indications of violence in the death of Irzen Octa, who died under suspicious circumstances after meeting with Citibank debt collectors.
"There are bruises all over [Octa's] body," Mun'in told reporters after conducting a preliminary autopsy in Srengseng, Depok, on Wednesday.
"The bruises are on his stomach, arms, legs, ankles and head," he said.
Lawyer OC Kaligis, who is representing the family of the late Octa, said the cause of Octa's death remained uncertain because previously there were two contradicting preliminary autopsy results, both signed by the same doctor, at the same time and on the same day.
One result said that there were indications of violence on Octa's body, while the other said he had died from a stroke.
