Enrique Iglesias, Shakira Latin Billboard winners

Enrique Iglesias and Shakira are the top winners of the 2011 Billboard Latin Music Awards.
The show was broadcast live Thursday night on Telemundo from the University of Miami's BankUnited Center in Coral Gables. Mana, Marc Anthony, Pitbull and Gloria Trevi were among those who performed.
Iglesias received nine awards, including Latin Artist and Latin Album of the Year. Colombian megastar Shakira took in six. Gloria Estefan received the Billboard Spirit of Hope Award for her philanthropic work, including her foundation's help for abused and neglected children, spinal cord research and student financial aid. Mexican singer and songwriter Emmanuel received the Billboard Lifetime Achievement Award. Other winners included the Mexican pop group Camila and R&B artist Usher, as Crossover Artist of the Year.
