Ministry ignores deadline to reveal milk report

A deadline — imposed by the Supreme Court on the Health Ministry to
publicize a report on bacteria-contaminated infant formula milk products
— expired Wednesday, but no announcement had been made as of Thursday
morning, a lawyer says.
"The deadline was yesterday. This means that now there is no chance
for the ministry to abide by the court order," plaintiff lawyer David ML
Tobing said as quoted by tribunnews.com.
He added that he would submit a request to the court to conduct a forced execution of the publication of the research document.
The controversial research was carried out several years ago by a researcher at Bogor Agriculture Institute.
