Five die in Karawang bus accident

Five died on Friday when the Sinar Jaya bus they were traveling on plunged into a ditch and rolled over at KM 61 of the Jakarta-Cikampek toll road in the West Java town of Karawang.
Four died immediately at the scene, while the fifth died after being admitted to Karya Husada Hospital in Cikampek, Antara reported.
The fatalities included the driver, Alimudin, who may have fallen asleep behind the wheel while driving at a speed of 80 kilometers per hour.
The bus was heading to the Central Java town of Pekalongan from Jakarta.
