Supreme Court (MA) chief justice Harifin Tumpa says the court has decided to immediately dismiss temporarily judge Imas Dianasari, who has been arrested by the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) investigators in the middle of receiving bribery money in a café in Bandung, West Java.
“Further internal investigation needs conducting to find out whether there are others who are involved in this,” Harifin said Saturday as quoted by tribunnews.com.
Imas Dianasari, a judge at the industrial conflict court, was arrested in the middle of what the KPK investigators perceived as receiving bribe money in relation to the case that she was handling - a company dispute between PT Dirgantara Indonesia employees and the company management.
