Top Jakarta Police officials in reshuffle

Jakarta Police announced it would reshuffle several top officials effective immediately.The officials to be moved are the heads of the five municipal police forces and two directors.
“The letter outlining the move was issued today,” Jakarta police spokesman Sr. Comr. Baharudin Jafar was quoted as saying Friday by news portal tribunnews.com.
Among those assigned to new posts are Central Jakarta police chief Sr. Comr. Hamidin, who will be replaced by Sr. Comr. Angesta Romano Yoyol. Hamidin will be assigned to attend a high official course.
Joining the same course, West Jakarta Police chief Sr. Comr. Yazid Fanani will be replaced by Sr. Comr. Setija Junianta, who was previously Bekasi Police chief. The latter post will be filled by Sr. Comr. Wahyu Diningrat, who was previously the West Java Police counterterrorism unit chief.
Sr. Comr. Imam Sugianto leaves his post as Bekasi Police chief to replace South Jakarta police chief Sr. Comr. Gatot Edy Pramono, who will be the new general crimes division director at Jakarta Police headquarters, replacing Sr. Comr. Hery Rudolf Nahak, now a lecturer at the Police High Institute.
