Toll road management to raise ticket after holidays

The Toll Road Management Agency (BJPT) intends to raise toll-road tickets prices at approximately 13 toll gates throughout the city after Idul Fitri celebrations, an official said.
He said the increase would likely be around 11 to 13 percent, depending on the latest inflation rate to soon be announced by the National Statistics Agency (BPS).
“We are still waiting to know by how much we should raise the ticket prices,” BPJT director Achmad Gani Gazali told reporters on Monday.
Toll operator PT Jasa Marga’s director Frans Sunito said separately that it was expected the increased prices would boost the operator’s annual revenue in 2011 to Rp 4.8 trillion from last year’s Rp 4.2 trillion.
