Iran giving out free tickets to match with Indonesia

The Iranian soccer federation says it will give out free tickets to its upcoming match against Indonesia for the 2014 World Cup Zone E Asia qualifiers at Azadi Stadium on September 2.

Indonesian national soccer team coach Wim Rijsbergen, however, has instructed the team to keep focussed on the game because the stadium will be filled with Iran's fans.

"The Iranians, like the Indonesians, are crazy about soccer. That is why Iranian coach Carlos Queiroz asked the Iranian soccer federation to make the match [tickets] free — so that the fans could give their full support to the Iranian team," he said recently.

The Iranian team is theoretically stronger than the Indonesian team because Carlos Queiroz was the former assistant coach for Manchester United's Sir Ferguson.

"The Iranian players can threaten our goal from any side that is why all lines [on the Indonesian team] must anticipate the movements of the Iranian team," Wim said as reported by tribunnews.com.
