6 dead in shuttle van crash in Cipularang

Six people died and four others were injured after a collision between a shuttle van and a truck at kilometer 93 of the Cipularang tollway in Purwakarta, West Java, on Wednesday.
Four of the six died immediately at the scene of the collision, while the two others died on the way to Etaham Hospital in Purwakarta.
The accident took place as the van, travelling at 80 kilometers per hour from the Bandung direction, collided with the truck in front of it.
Van driver Sigit said he had been sleepy prior to the incident, metrotvnews.com reported.
