Police seize hundreds of ecstasy pills

JAKARTA: The Central Jakarta Police raided a home-based drug factory in Klender, East Jakarta, and seized hundreds of ecstasy pills, a top police official said.
“The raid began after we arrested Abdul Maid Chorella in Rawasari, Central Jakarta and we developed the case until we found the drug factory,” Central Jakarta Police narcotics unit head Comr. Apollo Sinambella said on Monday as quoted by kompas.com.
When he was arrested, Abdul was carrying 69 red ecstasy pills, Apollo said. Abdul also had 177 pills of different colors at his house.
Abdul told the police that he learned to make ecstasy while he was held at the Salemba penitentiary for the same case and the ecstasy factory had been running for about a year
