According to graft convict Mindo Rosalina Manulang, at least five legislators received bribes to fix a tender for the construction of the Jakabaring athlete village project, the contract for which was awarded to PT Duta Graha Indah.

However, when asked about the matter on Tuesday, Mindo declined to reveal further information regarding the legislators, saying she had already told investigators from the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) during earlier questioning sessions.

“Please verify this with the KPK because I told them everything during the questioning sessions,” she said Tuesday.

KPK spokesman Johan Budi SP said he did not know the names of the legislators Mindo referred to.

“This kind of information is usually kept by investigators is not shared with us. So, I really don’t have an answer to that question,” Johan said Monday as quoted by tempointeraktif.com.

Mindo Rosalina Manulang has been sentenced to 2.5 years in prison for handing over bribes to Wafid Muharram, the former secretary of the Sports and Youth Affairs Ministry.

Several legislators from the Democratic Party have been summoned to the KPK as witnesses in this case. These legislators include Angelina Sondakh, Muhammad Nasir, Mahyudin and Anas Urbaningrum.
