Your comments on complaints from cellular phone customers over rampant phone credit deductions by content providers for unwanted services:
Cellular phone operators are the only ones responsible for these rampant phone credit deductions.
I request that the telephone regulatory authority of Indonesia intervene and give help to all cellular phone customers.

I think the ones who should be responsible are the cell phone operators that allow content providers to send four-digit text messages (SMS).
My family (at least six numbers using the same operator) used to receive four-digit SMS even though they never registered.
First, my nephew complained that his phone credit was billed Rp 5,000 per day after receiving an SMS. It happened three times.
So he changed the number but the same thing happened again. Not only him, but other family members have experienced the same thing. They phoned the operator’s call center, but the SMSs continued. Annoying!

The ones who should be responsible are the telephone operators. After all, they are the ones who should protect and give their best services to their customers!

Of course, content providers should be blamed for the problem.

Content providers are the ones who create the problems. They should be blamed for this cheating.
