PPP chairman to meet President

The chairman of the United Development Party (PPP), Suryadharma Ali, plans to meet President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono at the Presidential Palace on Thursday afternoon to discuss the Cabinet reshuffle.

“[Suryadharma] will attend the meeting as the PPP chairman [rather than a Cabinet minister],” PPP deputy secretary-general Lukman Hakim said Thursday as quoted by

tempointeraktif.com.

Suryadharma currently holds the Cabinet post of religious affairs minister.

Lukman added that he didn't know if any ministers from his party would be replaced in the upcoming reshuffle.
