Replaced SOE minister puts confidence in successor Dahlan

Former state owned enterprises minister, Mustafa Abubakar, said that he was confident that his successor, Dahlan Iskan, will impress in his new role given Dahlan’s brilliant track record in charge of state electricity firm PLN.
“Pak Dahlan Iskan was quite successful in developing PLN. God willing, the ministry’s performance will be better under the new command. Pak Dahlan can do the job,” Mustafa said on Wednesday, as quoted by tribunnews.com.
He added that Dahlan was a leader that was prepared to take brave and breakthrough decisions.
Dahlan became the president director of state electricity company PT PLN in 2009. He has previous extensive experience in the field of journalism.
