SBY to visit Paris, Cannes

President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono will depart for Paris on Oct. 31 to talk about culture and cultural legacies during the 10th anniversary of the Universal Declaration on Cultural Diversity, organized by UNESCO.
SBY is also scheduled to speak at the prestigious meeting.
“It is expected that Indonesia will become a bridge builder and solution maker through cultural relationships and cooperation in the future,” Presidential spokesman Teuku Faizasyah said in a press release sent on Saturday.
After attending the UNESCO meeting, SBY will head to Cannes on Nov. 3-4 to attend the G20 meeting there.
“Indonesia will encourage G20 members to work together to boost global economic growth,” he said.
