Real estate developer PT Agung Podomoro Land Tbk. (APLN) has booked a revenue of Rp 2.7 trillion (US$305 million) in the third quarter of this year, an 86.3 percent increase over its Rp 1.4 trillion in the same period last year.
According to a report from the company, the biggest contribution to this year’s revenue was derived from the company’s superblock projects, including Podomoro City, Kuningan City and Green Bay Pluit.
Meanwhile, the company's recurring income has also increased by between 4.4 percent and 10.7 percent through the consolidation of the Emporium Pluit Mall achievements.
APLN chairman Trihatma Kusuma Haliman said these achievements, which had exceeded the company's estimates, were a result of faster project completion.
“We are sure our achievements will continue until the end of the year,” he said Monday as quoted by kompas.com.
APLN also recorded profits of Rp 448.8 billion, a 134 percent increase from Rp 191.8 billion in the same period last year.
