Police beef up security ahead of SEA Games

National Police spokesperson Insp. Gen. Saud Usman says the National
Police will deploy more than 11,163 personnel to ensure security during
the Southeast Asian (SEA) Games, which starts next week.
Saud said as quoted by kompas.com that the Indonesian Military would also support security measures, providing around 5,700 personnel.
Security at the Games will placed under the leadership of National Police senior general Comr. Gen. Imam Sudjarwo.
