ID cards required for Public minivan drivers in January

Public minivan drivers will be required to wear identity cards starting in January in response to recent rapes in public minivans.
Tempo.com reported that the ID cards would be part of Ministerial Decree No 35/2003 on public transportation management.
On Wednesday, the transportation agency began promoting the use of ID cards and uniforms for drivers in Kalideres terminal, Tangerang, and in Grogol, West Jakarta.
