Eclipse ritual: Dozens of people jump over and brandish pieces of banana tree trunks at one another during the Papah battle ritual at Panataran Agung Hindu temple in Pengotan Village in Bangli, Bali, in conjunction with the total lunar eclipse on Saturday evening. The ritual is observed by Balinese Hindus in the village as a form of gratitude to God and to deepen their kinship. (JP/Agung Parameswara)
