Ahead of Christmas, N. Jakarta churches asked to install CCTV

As Christmas is in the corner, the North Jakarta Police has called upon churches in the mayoralty to install CCTV in anticipation of any unexpected incidents.
“We plan to invite the executives of all churches in North Jakarta to brief them about the security operation standard,” head of North Jakarta police operation Hapsoro told tempo.co on Friday.
He called upon the churches to register the congregation so that it would be easier to identify any stranger.
Police officers would also be deployed at the churches to help maintain the security, he said, adding that there were 271 churches in North Jakarta.
