Nunun’s lawyer to reveal evidence of Miranda’s involvement in graft case

Graft suspect Nunun Nurbaetie’s lawyer Ina Rahman said that she possessed important leads that would reveal former central bank official Miranda Goeltom's involvement in the bribery case that had seen more than 25 public officials and former public officials sentenced.

“I will hand them down to the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) investigators during the questioning and we will show to the public after that,” Ina said without elaboration on Thursday as quoted by tempo.co.

Nunun has been detained by the KPK over the charges of channeling bribe money in the form of 480 traveler's checks to the House of Representatives' banking commission in 2004, in relation to the election of Miranda Goeltom as Bank Indonesia's senior deputy governor.
