KAI provides extra commuter trains for New Year's Eve

State-owned railway operator PT Kereta Api Indonesia (KAI) will
provide an expanded electric train (KRL) service during New Year’s Eve, which
will service the Bekasi-Jakarta and Bogor-Jakarta routes.
The company’s public relations senior manager for the Jakarta operational division, Mateta Rijalulhaq, said
additional operational hours for the trains during New Year’s Eve would help people
who lived outside Jakarta
to celebrate at entertainment spots in the city.
For the Bekasi-Jakarta route, the last train from Jakarta is scheduled to arrive at Bekasi
Station at 1:33 a.m., kompas.com reported on Wednesday.
For the Bogor-Jakarta route, the last train from Jakarta
is scheduled to reach Bogor
station at 2:02 a.m.
