TMII ticket price increased by almost 300%

The Beautiful Miniature Indonesia Park (TMII) is taking advantage of the New Year’s Eve by increasing its entry ticket by almost 300 percent from Rp 9,000 (99 US cents) on usual day to Rp 25,000 on New Year’s Eve.

"This year’s ticket is more expensive than last year’s ticket of Rp 20,000,” TMII spokesperson Ade said Saturday as quoted by Tribunnews.com.

Ade said that the ticket’s price was deliberately increased because TMII was presenting many entertainment shows for New Year’s Eve celebration.

Dangdut singers Rhoma Irama, Ridho Rhoma and Vicky Rhoma, pop band ST12, pop singers Mulan Jameela, Vicky Shu, Amour and Syanel will perform in TMII on New Year’s Eve. (drs)
