Rain is expected to fall in Jakarta throughout this month until early in February, the Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics Agency (BMKG) predicts.

On Tuesday, light showers are expected to fall in Central, East, South and West Jakarta from the morning until the evening. North Jakarta and the Seribu Islands might experience light rain in the morning and afternoon with cloudy skies at night,
Depok and Tangerang might also expect light showers during the day and night, but residents in Bogor and Bekasi should take precautions as it is predicted to rain hard in those areas.
The BMKG predicts that the temperature in Greater Jakarta will be between 23 and 32 degrees Celsius with humidity levels of between 87-98 percent.
