DENPASAR: The Denpasar Festival held on Dec. 28 to 31 resulted in Rp 2.5 billion revenue for the city.

IGN Eddy Mulya, head of the festival’s organizing committee, said the festival received a good response from residents in the city and surrounding areas.

He said people attended the festival not only to sightsee but also to buy delicacies, handicrafts, textile products and ornamental plants.

“The festival also provided opportunities for the participating enterprises to form business cooperations. It was also a good chance for small and medium enterprises to promote their products.”
