Tompi’s new album coming next month

JAKARTA: Tompi said he is currently preparing his eighth album, which is slated to be released next month.

The album will contain 10 songs. “Three of them are new songs. The rest are old numbers that were rearranged and recorded live. There are some medleys as well,” he said Thursday as quoted by kompas.com.

The singer, who is also a plastic surgeon, recently toured a number of cities with Glenn Fredly and Sandhy Sondoro with the group Trio Lestari.

“Aside from off-air shows, I mostly spend my time in the studio, so there are fewer offers for television. I am also busy with the new plastic surgery clinic,” he said.
