Yuni Shara takes investing seriously

JAKARTA: Singer Yuni Shara is taking her coal mining investments seriously.

The older sister of singer Krisdayanti started investing in coal in 2009.

“At first I was introduced by a friend, then I studied and tried to find information about the coal mining company. After I found it was a match, I gave it a try,” she said as quoted by tribunnews.com on Tuesday.

She said she has visited two of the mines in Banjarmasin and Samarinda of the company she invested in.

“I wanted to check the mines existed and I also wanted to see how the coal processing was done at the mines,” Yuni said.

She added that she invested in coal for the future of her two sons.
