Tribunnews.comTribunnews.comGraft witness-inmate Mindo Rosa Manulang plans to file a report with the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) today regarding a minister who she claims extorted money from her in return for a work project, a lawyer said.

“Once we reveal the minister’s identity to the KPK it will then be in the KPK’s jurisdiction to inform the public about it,” Rosa’s attorney, Ahmad Rifai, told The Jakarta Post on Thursday.

When asked to identify the minister, Ahmad said it was one of the ministers recently summoned to the graft court to testify.

Manpower and Transmigration Minister Muhaimin Iskandar and Youth and Sports Affairs Minister Andi Mallarangeng, who have been mentioned in the court case, have separately denied that they were the ministers who extorted Rosa for 8 percent of the value of the state project.

Ahmad said Rosa’s next report could bring more officials under the spotlight.

“It’s likely that more officials will eventually be named suspects in this case,” he said.
