The Law and Human Rights Ministry’s Directorate for Immigration has placed a travel ban on an officer with the Directorate General for Taxation, Dhana Widyatmika, who has been named a suspect in an alleged graft case.
He was banned from leaving the country until Aug. 21.
“The reason is because [of alleged] crime,” Law and Human
Rights Deputy Minister Denny Indrayana said on Saturday as quoted by kompas.com.
Dhana, who is suspected of having Rp 60 billion in several accounts, has been reassigned to the Jakarta tax office.
