Indian Embassy introduces new visa procedure

INDONESIA: The Indian Embassy in Jakarta is introducing a new visa application processing procedure as from next month, an embassy official said on Tuesday.

All visa applications will be processed online starting from June 1.

“All applicants will have to register online and enter all relevant data required as per the application form,” Indian Embassy second secretary for information N. Ramakrishnan told The Jakarta Post on Tuesday.

“After registering, a printout of the application form is required to be submitted at the visa counter, along with the requisite visa fee, two photos and other supporting documents.”

Online registration can be made at indianvisaonline.gov.in.
