A man who had been missing since Wednesday was found dead at Semawang Beach in Denpasar, Bali, on Thursday.
The 27-year-old man, identified as Made Wiradana, was on a fishing trip. He had planned to get married at the end of 2012.
"He wanted to get married on December 28 later this year, but apparently, destiny had something different in mind," said Ni Nyoman Ratni, Wiradana's mother, as quoted by kompas.com.
Inclement weather had actually led Wiradana's family members to warn him against his fishing trip.
However he did not heed their warnings.(png/iwa)
