Unlike other South Korean groups that normally kick off their tours in their home country, MBLAQ (Music Boys Live in Absolute Quality) has chosen Jakarta as a first stop for its first Asian tour, “The BLAQ% Tour”, due to the high demand from Indonesian A+, as the group’s fans are called.

“We read so many messages from Indonesian fans that have asked us to stage a show here. We should therefore thank Indonesian fans,” MBLAQ member G.O said during a press conference here on Friday.

MBLAQ – consisting of Seung Ho, G.O., Lee Joon, Thunder, and Mir – will hold the concert at the Mata Elang International Stadium, North Jakarta, on Saturday.

As Jakarta will be the group’s first overseas concert, they said they had prepared many special performances, including the first live performance of a new single, “Wild”, which is a duet with Mir and G.O that was released early this week.

The group has released four mini albums since its first debut in 2009.
