The Jakarta Police have named five members of the Pancasila Youth (PP) as suspects in the killing of one leading Betawi Brotherhood Forum (FBR) member in a recent fatal brawl in Pondok Aren, South Tangerang.
“The five men were identified by their initials as, A, AJ, AK, M and YM,” Jakarta Police spokesman, Sr. Comr. Rikwanto, told reporters, adding they were now being detained at the Tangerang Police precinct.
If past and present governments spent money on proper education for these village warriors, Indonesia would be a much better place, and that includes the other radical groups.
Our police are often too late in responding to such incidents. Don’t we have an intelligence agency?
Why don’t they prevent such incidents? Why do they only get busy after the violence has occurred and people have been killed and injured?
This is really bad and sad news. How could the PP fight against the FBR and end up with one person dead?
The PP should behave gently, intellectually and in a friendly way. Don’t behave like primitive individuals.
Both organizations, the FBR and the PP must get back in line as civilized citizens.
